Club: MOL Fehervar FC | Opening: 2018 | Capacity: 14,201 seats
History and description
MOL Aréna Sóstó is the recently opened new stadium of Fehervar FC (previously called Videoton FC) that replaced its old Sostoi Stadion.
It got built in the place of Fehervar’s old stadium, which did not meet modern standards. Demolition of the old stadium started in December 2015.
The new stadium was expected to open in the summer of 2017, but delays pushed this back to 2018. During construction Fehervar played at the Pancho Arena.
MOL Arena Sosto opened on 21 November 2018 with a league match between Fehervar and Ujpest (1-0).
