We take utmost care in making sure that we have not violated copyrights on any material on our website. However, it could potentially happen that we have been misinformed about the source of an image, or that this image has been published under a wrong license.
If you happen to find such image and own the copyrights, contact us, and either demand to have the picture removed, or to have you credited as the copyright holder. Please allow use a few days to process the changes.
We do make one exception, which are images that are used for our features about past and future stadiums. As no freely available images can be acquired, we allow ourselves the fair use of a couple of such images for public information. We will however always credit the copyright holder. In the case of images of past stadiums these copyright holders are often very hard to identify, so please notify us if any credits are incorrect.
A further note is that we do in no way respond to any demands for fees or damages as a result of a violation of copyrights however intimidating the letter of your lawyers may have been written.
Also, if you are the copyright holder of an image previously published under a sharing license, but have decided to change this license, or if you wish to have the credits changed, or even deleted, feel free to contact us, and we will process your request accordingly.
