It is 20 years ago today that the Millennium Stadium hosted its first Rugby Match, a friendly against South Africa, in front of about 27,000 spectators, ” And I was there!!” It was a great occasion, particularly as I was a Guest of Welsh Mens Lawn Bowls Manager, Gareth Humphries. We sat on the half way line, just behind Nick Mallett and the Springbok retinue.
I wonder if anyone knows the value of the Ticket from that match?

Fantastic stadium right, in the heart of Cardiff.
Went to the Ireland v Canada rugby world cup group match in 2015.
With the roof closed added, to the atmosphere.
On a nice day take a walk through the city centre, down to the harbour.
Some beautiful buildings to enjoy.

I have watched 3 welsh rugby games at the stadium, I travel from Kidderminster to see wales play ,I have enjoyed every game we watch ,and would like to say thanku to the ticket people who help me out when I buy my tickets, as I carnt do heights u all ways help thank you

The Millenium Stadium is excellent having a good view from most seats.

I have also been to the San Siro,Old Trafford and Wembley and it is in my opinion as good as a experience as any of those I have mentioned.

It is easy to get in before game and out after the game, the facilities are very good for refreshments and toilets.

All in all a great day even if your team doesn’t win.
