The nearest station to Dumbarton FC is *not* Central station (15-20 mins walk), but Dumbarton East, which is on the same line and only 7 minutes walk away - as the map you have included indicates. Come out of Dumbarton East station on to Glasgow Road, cross to the other side of the street, turn right and look out for Victoria Street which is about 50 yards down on your left. Head straight down there and the Bet Butler Stadium is at the bottom. Easy. Once at the stadium, if you are going in at the home end, you can access the Community Suite inside the ground from 1pm. This has a bar, pool table and TV screen. The food concessions also sell the usual range of pies, drinks and confectionary. The colour matchday programme, SonsView, costs £2.
