Car:
From Brussels (the E40):
Leave the E40 at exit 25 (Tienen-Sint-Truiden). Go in the direction of St-Truiden and follow the road until you enter the town of St-Truiden. When you enter the town you will see the stadium in front of you.

Train:
The stadium is at walking distance from the central railway station (app. 5-10 minutes)
